Murph lives on, certainly, in your memory and the memories of countless others. And his ashes returned to the earth to bring forth more life, and growth, and maybe someday another Murph. Thanks for the writing.

Nice piece. I'm interested in the subject of consciousness and many in the field are still working on defining exactly what it is, there doesn't appear to be a universal consenous on the definition yet, although close.

The next hard problem is explaining how it arises from the activity of the brain which is not yet known. So my curiousity is how can anyone take this experience of consciousness and put in onto a computer network with out first understanding what it is and how it works?
