I have so checked out of the news I didn't know anything was going on until a friend in a group chat mentioned something about UFOs but it still took me a few days to read anything about when I finally saw people on Bluesky talking about it. The false flag thing is disturbing to hear but unfortunately one you may have to actually contemplate.

There is another theory that plutonium disappeared on a shipment to a weapons facility in New Jersey and that the drones are military with radiation detectors/sensors being used to find the missing material. That doesn't explain the attendant orbs, though.

All these sightings, with more flying saucer body styles than 1950s automobiles, yet nary a meaningful interaction, much less a Klaatu style encounter. Why bother crossing all those light years just to tease us? Occam's beard is reaching to his knees.

Good for entertainment and paid beach vacations, maybe.

Have all the scientists, astronomers and hobbyists who have trained their eyes on the heavens in pursuit of UFOs been able to detect any signs of intelligent life in America?

My sense is the American vox populi made clear in early November it lacks proper cognition or even rudimentary thinking and analytical skills. No further research need be conducted.

Imagine all the alien spacecraft, traveling at unimaginable speeds from distant galaxies to encounter the people of this planet, turning around as they digest the November election results.

Hmmm. At least there's comfort in our government assuring us that we're all safe. Good new is that you've added a new acronym to my stash: NHI, non-human intelligences. (At first, I thought that was a reference to the Magat folk, but I was wrong.) I sure hope these NHI's are nicer than we are.
