I do encourage the subscriber to the paid side if they haven't. Five bucks a month is more than worth it for Jim's fine work, even if you're poor folk like me. Hell, a cup of coffee is gonna nudge that much and it's just a matter of time before the AMA puts it on the "Bad For Ya" list. So hit the "paid" button and have a nice cup of Ovaltine while you enjoy Jim's commentary.
I changed my subscription to paid today to say thank you and tell you how much I appreciate your essays. Your writing is deep and beautiful whether speaking of the Great Plains, your personal history or our country’s tragic self inflicted wounds. Happy to be here.
Thanks Jim Bob, I love traveling with you. My travels in Colorado have mostly been north on 287 or west on 70. Never passed the speed limit though. Thanks to you I have now.
I had an (?a) Honda 100😃. Me and two wheels we never going anywhere. But I sure like hearing about your rides. Tho I must admit I thought going 120 in my car was “too fast.” 😊

Thanks, as always, for your support, my friend.

I am so deeply grateful for your thoughtful words and kind subscription, Linda. I will continue to make my best efforts to be worthy.

Keep it up.
Thanks, amigo. Too many roads and journeys still for me to write about. Appreciate you coming along.

120 is too fast in a car and on a motorcycle, Mark. But it was worth doing once, and I'm still glad I did it, and survived.
Yes, yes and yes😊
My grandmother had a Honda 450.
Ouch? Is that where you got your character?
