Thanks, buddy. I note, also, that it isn't drag queens or the LGBTQ community that is molesting children and dragging our culture into the gutter. When a kid asks a parent, "Daddy, what's a porn star?" we know the genesis of that question.

As always, you make good points. I think Bragg surely has the evidence to convict. How it is presented and the jury's reaction, as you suggest, makes the difference. I'd take your bet but I can't afford a White Buffalo cocktail these days, in the unlikely event I lose.

I saw a clever meme of Snoopy sitting on the roof of his dog house and writing, "And then, America was saved by a porn star. The End." Who cares who does the saving. I'm thankful she had the courage to come forward with the story, though she is now getting serious threats of being murdered.

Thank you for this article. I'd like to add that Cohen's lawyer thinks the large number of items in the indictment are because Trump wrote eleven checks to Cohen for the hush money and each check counts as an offense and layers more associated charges. Also, Trump, ever the cheapskate conman, also wrote off the checks to Cohen as 'legal expenses' on his tax return. Al Capone Comes to mind.

And, remember, Jean Caroll's civil case comes in April. She claims he raped her in a dressing room in the 90's. Of course Trump would have it delayed away in courts until the criminal statute of limitations ran out. But another law change did occur which makes victims able to ask for civil charges against their attackers, which Caroll has used to resurrect the case. While that seems to have gone no where, she then sued him in civil court because he defamed her and publicly lied about her claims. A judge ensured the case is actually going to trial after Trump again tried delaying it into oblivion. The judge said, Ms. Caroll, already in her 70's, deserves her day in court while she's still alive. So, another huge headache for Trump in April, which isn't being publicized while all this other hoopla plays out. 🍿

You make a great point: his payoffs were in service of his corrupt effort to subvert an election by suppressing information voters needed to have. And that has always been the gravamen of Trump’s crimes.

“Russia, are you listening?” (it was.)

“Zelensky, I’m gonna need some dirt on Hunter or you won’t get the military assistance Congress already approved.”

“Raffensberger, I need you to find me 11,800 votes.”

It’s all about undermining our elections. I’m glad you got us past the “hush payment” narrative.

Bravo, Mr. Moore, Bravo.

I am a man of faith who truly believes good will triumph over evil in the end...even if it takes a porn star to get us there.

Though Bragg's "odds of failure as almost non-existent...," he still has a judge and jury to contend with. I would consider it unlikely that a red hatted moron would be screened out from doing duty for the MAGA world. Bet you a White Buffalo cocktail the Orange Caligula walks. And as we saw from the Mueller Report and impeachments, his release from the legal confines of the truth only elevated him higher among the tired, poor, and huddled masses yearning to destroy freedom.
